Experience the tranquility and stunning coastline of north Northumberland’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in one of our luxury, six person coastal cabins. Open skies, countryside, a warm Northumberland welcome and the best coastline in the UK, as well as nature and wildlife abound on our farmland and the patchwork of shoreline habitats in the sweeping bays and headlands, are all here to be discovered on your next holiday.
Our cabins sleep six and have a king-size bed, bunk bed, and a special cabin bed to fight over (the children usually win this battle). All our linen is top drawer, high thread count cotton.
For cooler nights there are hot water bottles and each cabin has one of our own bespoke throws in classic Borders tartan woven locally to keep you toasty warm.
We also provide cots and high chairs on request for an extra charge.
Sleep Tight
Fire It Up
Our cabins, (with canvas sides!) have a large wood burning stove in the middle of the main room.
The stove doesn’t just keep you warm in any weather, but also lets you get cooking indoors.
Practice your firelighting skills, don’t forget to bring your favourite supplies to get it going!
Wild Cooking
You can cook three ways and all outdoors!
Every cabin has a gas cooker, BBQ and campfire, as well as the wood burner inside the tent. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware, plus life’s essentials… bin bags, tea towels, candles and washing up liquid.
Sit Back, Relax
As well as a dining table and chairs for six people, your cabin has a cosy sofa to sit back and chill.
The shaded verandah and picnic tables are perfect for al fresco breakfasts or lazing with a glass of something as the sun goes down. We have giant deckchairs that are just the job for snoozing.
Freshen Up
You might be under canvas but we know how hard it is to leave behind luxuries, nay essentials, like a hot shower behind!
So, our cabins have a proper bathroom en suite: a flushing loo, sink and shower with hot water are all located within the cabin itself. Plus, we provide all bath linen and hand towels.
Pets
We are animal lovers! We have lots of cattle and sheep on our farms. Dogs are very welcome at our farm.
But, we guess that they are not used to a busy farm environment so we do have a few ground rules we ask you to abide by which we will walk you through on arrival. Please ensure your dog is booked in with us before you arrive. Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs.
