We are a family farming business that offers luxury cottage holidays in the beautiful landscape of the north Northumberland Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Emble has two neighbouring cottages in Embleton with panoramic views of Embleton Bay and Dunstanburgh Castle.
The Blue House is our latest addition - a characterful farmhouse on our steading at Southfield Farm, North Sunderland (near Seahouses) set in the heart of our working farmland surrounded by pasture and with wide, unspoilt views to the sea and to the hills.
We invite you to experience the tranquility of the open countryside of the north Northumberland coastal plain. Nature and wildlife abound on our farmland and the patchwork of shoreline habitats in the sweeping bays and headlands.
We look forward to sharing this beautiful place with you — the huge, wide and dark skies, the castles, seals, oysters, sand dunes, puffins, the fresh air, and most of all the peace.
